Items available in our warehouse are generally prepared and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Pre-Order & Limited Edition Pieces

Certain products may be produced or assembled on demand. In these cases, preparation may require up to 30 business days before shipment.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your DHL tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.

Please ensure that all shipping and contact information entered at checkout is accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

International Guarantee

Exaequo Meltting Watch is pleased to have you among our customers, we inform you that the watch you have purchased is guaranteed against all manufacturing defects for 24 months from the date of purchase. Any part found to be defective due to a manufacturing issue, as determined by our technical service, will be replaced free of charge. The following are excluded from the warranty: defects resulting from accidents or improper use (impact, crushing, etc.), the use of non-prescribed batteries, batteries left discharged inside the watch, alterations, damage, repairs, or interventions by unauthorized third parties. Also excluded from the warranty are: batteries, glass, discoloration of the plating or color, a consequence of normal wear and normal aging of the watch.
