Warranty

Kreo International SA, certifies that the warranty on your EXAEQUO watch is valid for two years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover defects and damage caused by misuse, or loss or theft. Misuse also refers to modifications or replacements performed using parts or accessories which are not EXAEQUO originals and/or by unauthorized personnel. Any work performed by unauthorized third parties voids the warranty.

The warranty is valid only if:

The watch was sold by an authorized EXAEQUO retailer.
The warranty form has been carefully and fully completed.
Original purchase receipt is enclosed.
